Homologous organs are the organs which originate from similar rudimentary structures in the embryonic stage but differ morphologically and/or physiologically during post natal stage. likewise Male and Female reproductive system have homology known as Homologies of male and female reproductive systems.

During embryogenesis of the genital system the male and female reproductive organs develop from indifferent structures.
